CORE CITY OFFERING
In January of 2026, Wallpaper Magazine named Detroit the "City of the Year, 2026," and featured the work of Prince Concepts.
It also marked ten years since Prince Concepts broke ground in Core City.

After ten years of focused, dedicated and celebrated work in Core City, Prince Concepts is now offering the opportunity to participate:
Prince Concepts is also revealing its masterplan for the next phase of housing in Core City:
In 2017, True North, our first project in Core City, was completed and named "Multi-Family Development of the Year" by The Architect’s Newspaper.
In 2018, True North was featured on the cover of Architect Magazine and internationally awarded for its architectural innovation.
In 2019 we completed Core City Park and it was featured on the cover of Landscape Architecture Magazine.
In 2020, 2021 and 2022 we continued to work and complete projects in Core City: Grand River Block, Caterpillar, 5K, PARK(ing), Powerplant and Barda.
All of these projects were significantly awarded.
In 2021 we were named Best Developer in the Midwest by Architect's Newspaper.
In 2022 were named the second most innovative architecture firm in the World by FastCompany
In 2023 Stefan Novakovic covered our work in Core City beautifully for Azure Magazine.
In 2024 we completed Phase I of the Canopy.
In 2025 we broke ground on the Canopy phase II and and completed our masterplan.
In 2026, after ten years of development, our OFFERING and MASTERPLAN will take Core City to another level.
