The first Prince Concepts project. In February 2010, Philip Kafka studied NYC zoning laws, explored the city with a zoning map, and started building Prince Media Co - Downtown Manhattan's Billboard Company. He leased walls, obtained billboard permits, and marketed the walls to advertisers. The MoMa Design Store was Prince Media Co's first client. Kafka developed and ran the company for six years, during that time he grew the company to be the second largest billboard company in NYC, and negotiated over seventy deals in five different major US markets. His clients included Patron Tequila, Warner Brothers, all Diageo Liquor brands, AG Denim, and many other fashion and lifestyle brands.
